We’re looking for someone

Helmsley Walled Garden are looking for a self-employed person, able to work from home to provide administrative and bookkeeping support for the Board and staff. Access to and knowledge of appropriate software including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is essential. Expected hours up to 20 hours per month.
The suggested tasks are as follows;
• minute taking at meetings and compilation of papers for meetings
• preparation of minutes and allocation of tasks to trustees and/or staff
• preparation of monthly data reports
• updating information and communicating with garden friends and members
• invoice payments
• administration of coach tours, and other group visits
• updating and maintaining volunteer details
